1. The service
Aspex+ is a business CRM and marketing platform provided by Hero Marketer Limited ("we"). It is sold to businesses ("you"), not consumers. Platform access is provided per subscription tier; messaging and phone-number usage is billed separately from your prepaid wallet at the rates shown in-app before each purchase or send.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the people you invite, the data you import, and the messages your account sends. Role permissions, audit logs, and sending controls are provided; configuring them for your business is your responsibility.
3. Billing
Subscription fees recur per your selected tier. Usage (messages, phone-number rental) debits your wallet at the price displayed at the time of the transaction; VAT is applied per your billing details and invoices are issued for every top-up. Wallet balances are not withdrawable except as required by law.
4. Messaging compliance
Sending is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, recipient consent, and carrier/regulatory verification. We may confine or suspend sending that breaches these — this protects every customer's deliverability.
5. Data
Your customer data remains yours. Our processing of it is described in the Privacy Policy; tenant data is isolated per account and never shared across customers.
