Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is accepted in-app before real-world sending is enabled on an account (the acceptance is recorded — who and when). It exists to protect recipients and every customer's deliverability.

You must

• Send only to recipients who have consented to hear from you (marketing requires opt-in; transactional messages must relate to a genuine existing relationship).
• Honour opt-outs immediately — STOP replies and unsubscribe links are enforced by the platform and must never be circumvented.
• Identify yourself truthfully in every message.
• Complete sender verification honestly — the regulatory details you submit must be your own business's.

You must not

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, purchased-list campaigns, or content that is deceptive, unlawful, or abusive.
• Use the platform for prohibited categories under carrier rules (e.g. phishing, fraud, illegal goods).
• Attempt to bypass sending controls, quiet hours, or verification.

Enforcement

Breach may result in sending being confined or the account suspended. We monitor aggregate delivery signals; carrier and regulator complaints are investigated. [DRAFT: appeals process pending legal review.]
